The Leaping Bunny Program, operated by the Coalition for Consumer Information on Cosmetics, requires brands to remain strict a no animal testing policy at all stages of product development—from ingredient sourcing to the final formulation. There are more that 2,300 Leaping Bunny Certified companies, all of which are free of animal testing at all stages of product development.
